Old cane rod rebuilt with new cork handle and fitted with 'original 1950's' reel fittings and alloy butt cap/rubber button.

Example of cork handle sections
Cork handles made-up from 5" parallel and 2" flare 'A grade' cork. Reel seat is fitted in between the corks, depending on type of rod. Then turned on a lathe to smooth-out any bumps.
